End Mill is one of the most commonly used milling cutters in CNC machine tools. There are cutting edges on the cylindrical surface and end face of the end mills, which can be cut at the same time or individually. Mainly used for surface milling, groove milling, step surface milling and profiling milling.
The diameter of the end mill is 1-50mm, the diameter of 1-20 is the range of straight shank, and the diameter of 14-50 is the range of taper shank. End mills can be divided into rough milling cutters and fine milling cutters. Materials can be divided into high-speed steel and cemented carbide

All the money paid to Sunlittools for the purchase of their products is secure. Below is an outline of costs you will incur:
Design Fee
No charge for design drawings, need to pay the feefor design labels and special packaging, but if you place bulk orders, these will be provided to you for free
30% T/T Fee
You can decide to either pay the full amount or pay 30% of the full payment for the wholesale.
Miscellaneous Fee
It is any other fees relating to taxes, service fees, penalties, and late fees. They are usually low-cost amounts.
Sample Product Fee
For standard items, free samples to you, but the freight cost should be paid at your side. For customized items, the samples fee is requested.
70% Final Fee
Complete your payment within a certain period and receive the products you ordered for.
Shipping Fee
This is the amount of money that you will pay for the transportation of your products from the factory to your doorstep. Sunlittools offers you the convenience of any kind.
Estimated manufacturing and shipping times
We work fast. With the increasing number of customers approaching us, we have no other option but to prioritize speed. Let’s look at the whole process of manufacturing and shipping:
STEP 1 Design and manufacturing time
Cutting material -(HSS items need turning allowance and heat treatment) – grinding allowance – CNC machining.
STEP 2 Packing all products time
The staff laser marks the shank of tools and pack the products in plastic box, after stick labels, film on plastic boxes and pack into carton.
STEP 3 Custom clearance and loading time
We send the parcels to forwarder’s warehouse, and once cleared, will load.
STEP 4 Air/Sea and land transportation time
Once the products arrive at their destination, you will receive an alert. You can plan how to collect your shipped goods.

Sunlittools end mills can be a substitute for imported famous end mills from Korea and Japanese. May can not be a substitute for imported famous end mills from Europe and America at this stage. But we have end users and importers from these countries.
What do I do if my wholesale order is delayed?
If your order is over a week late, contact our customer support for further assistance. We’ll be sure to address your concerns immediately. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please expect minimal delays in order processing and delivery.
Can you replace products that are damaged during delivery?
