–Machining tools for scroll compressors of new energy vehicles
Electric scroll compressor is the core of air conditioning system of new energy vehicles and an important executive unit of intelligent vehicle engineering. The integrated electric scroll compressor is mainly composed of end cover, casing, moving plate, static plate, supporting plate, anti-rotation mechanism, radial flexible mechanism and electric motor control part. The compressor is driven to work by the crankshaft. The dynamic scroll makes a rotary motion around the static scroll. The gaseous refrigerant is successively ingested from the suction chamber of the suction port to the crescent-shaped air chamber communicated with the suction chamber. As the crescent-shaped air chamber is closed and the closed volume is gradually transferred to the center of the static scroll and shrinks continuously, the gas is continuously compressed and the pressure rises finally from the middle exhaust port.
Integrated design of controller and compressor: the temperature of controller is cooled by sticking to the cold end surface of compressor to prolong its service life;
High reliability controller: The main components adopt the mainstream EMC high-voltage test grade requirements of car regulation level to make the products have higher reliability;
Centrifugal high-efficiency oil-gas separation structure: improve the performance, ensure the full lubrication of the motion mechanism and improve the service life;
Vibration and noise reduction structure: the noise and vibration of the compressor during operation improve the comfort of the whole vehicle;
Variable scroll profile design: reduce radial size and reduce weight and power consumption under the same displacement;
Lightweight design: The main part of the compressor is made of aluminum alloy
